Handing over and taking over ceremony was held on instrument for anti-smuggling and anti-narcotics trafficking on Cambodia-Aid

On November 7, 2007, Ceremony was held grandly on handing over and taking over instruments for suppressing smuggle and drugs which the government of Kingdom of Cambodia purchased by the concessional loan supplied from Chinese government in Ream in Cambodia. The ceremony was addressed by Tea Banh, the representative of Prime Minister Hun Sen, Vice Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence. State Secretary of Ministry of Economy and Finance of Cambodia Ouk Rabun, Mayor of Sihanoukville City Saha Say Hak, Chief of General Staff of the Royal Combodian Armed Forces, Chinese Ambassador Zhang Jinfeng and the Economical and Commercial Counselor of Chinese Embassy. The ceremony was involved in a brand scene and heated atmosphere.
