| Chinese Government give Humanitarian aid to Mexico |

Yao Jian, spokesman of the Ministry of Commerce, said on 29th April the Chinese government has decided to provide immediate humanitarian aid to Mexican government, to purchase badly needed articles such as gauze masks and latex gloves.
According to Yao, Chinese government feels indebted to the hardship confronting Mexican government and Mexican people. In order to help the Mexican government to address the epidemic disease, the Chinese government has decided to provide US $5 million of humanitarian aid to Mexico government, mainly for purchasing badly needed articles such as gauze masks, latex gloves, isolation coats, disinfectants and infrared thermometers, etc.
Yao said he was confident in that Mexican people can overcome the epidemic disease through their own efforts and international assistance, and wished countries the world over join hands to cope with the challenge posed by the epidemic disease.
Fu Ziying, Vice Minister of Commerce, met with the Mexican ambassador to China on invitation, to hear his briefing on the epidemic of swine flu in Mexico, and received a list of badly needed articles.
